What does Sakbot do?

This page lists what Sakbot actually does. Every feature is off by default; the server administrator turns it on and configures it in the web panel. Sakbot works with Fluxer servers.

In short

Features

01

Welcome system

Join and leave notifications. Notification messages for members who join or leave the server. You choose the channel and the message text in the panel.

New members can receive a welcome message by DM; the text can use placeholders for the username, server name and member count.

02

Auto role

Automatic role for new members. Everyone who joins the server automatically gets the role you choose. If member registration is on, the unverified role is given and replaced with the verified role once registration completes.

03

Moderation

Bulk message deletion. !clear 20 tries to delete the latest messages in the current channel. Requires Manage Messages.

Warning system. Staff can issue timed or permanent warnings with !warn. If you want, a timed mute role is applied automatically and removed when it expires. Members can appeal a warning with !appeal; staff make the decision.

04

Spam protection

Anti-spam threshold. Messages from a member who sends the number of messages you set within the time you set are deleted, and the member can be muted. You set the threshold in the panel.

05

Link and invite filter

Block unauthorised links. Block or delete messages containing links; manage the allowed domains and allowed invite codes in the panel. The filter runs in the channels you choose.

06

Profanity filter

Banned words. Write your own list of banned words; matching messages are blocked or deleted. The list is managed entirely in the panel.

07

Logging

Event logs. Member joins/leaves, auto role changes, filtered messages and setting changes made in the panel are written to the log channel you choose. Logs do not keep message contents.

08

Web panel

Manage everything from one page. Log in with your Fluxer account, choose a server you administer and edit every setting on one page. Once you save, the bot uses the new settings for new events.
