01 What is the service?

Sakbot is a free management and moderation bot for Fluxer servers. Features such as welcome messages, auto roles, moderation tools, filters, logs and member registration work as the server administrator configures them in the panel. All features are off by default.

02 Free use

• Sakbot is free; no fee or subscription is required for any feature.
• The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted operation and freedom from data loss are not guaranteed.
• The service may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

03 Responsibilities of server administrators

• Whoever adds the bot to a server is responsible for the settings in that server.
• An administrator who enables features that collect personal information, such as the registration system, must inform the server's members about it. Details: privacy notice.
• The administrator accepts the consequences in their own server of actions taken by the bot (deleted messages, given roles, warnings).

04 Responsibilities of members

• Members follow the rules of the server they are in; the bot does not change or set those rules.
• During registration, only the details the server asks for are provided; ID documents or dates of birth are not requested and must not be sent.
• Members can see the data held about them with !mydata and delete their registration details with !deletemydata.

05 Prohibited uses

• Abusing the bot: looking for vulnerabilities, spamming commands, harassing others.
• Trying to obstruct or break how the bot works.
• Uses that violate Fluxer's own rules.

Use that breaks these rules may lead to the bot being restricted in that server or removed from the server.

06 Data

What data is stored, how to delete it and contact details are described in the privacy notice. Message contents are not stored; data is not shared with or sold to third parties.

07 Changes

These terms and the privacy notice are updated as features change. The current text is always published on this page and on the privacy page. This is an English translation of the Turkish terms of use.
