Fluxer Bot — SAKBOT

SAKBOT is a moderation and server management bot built for Fluxer servers. It automates the jobs moderators do one by one (welcoming, giving roles, filtering, warning, logging), and you manage every setting from the web panel.

  • Free
  • English and Turkish
  • Nothing to install
  • Off by default

01 What is a Fluxer bot?

A Fluxer bot is an application that does automated work in a Fluxer server on behalf of the administrators. It is added to the server, acts only within the permissions it is given, and responds to events (a member joined, a message was sent, a role changed) on its own.

SAKBOT does this in three layers: automatic welcome messages and roles, moderation and filters, and registration and audit logs. Everything is turned on or off from a single web panel; no feature runs until you turn it on.

02 What is SAKBOT for?

It automates everyday tasks

  • Welcomes new members in a channel and, if you like, by DM.
  • Gives joining members a role automatically; works together with registration.
  • Makes chat participation visible with levels and XP.
  • Records invites and shows the invite leaderboard in the panel.

It protects the server

  • Stops messages repeated in a short time with an anti-spam threshold.
  • Blocks unauthorised links and invites.
  • Filters banned words (profanity) with a list you manage in the panel.
  • Brings rules to the warn, mute, kick and ban workflow.

Full list and commands: Sakbot features. A separate page for moderation: Fluxer moderation bot.

03 Key features

MODERATION

Warnings and penalties

Issue timed or permanent warnings with !warn; when the tiers you set are reached, a mute, kick or ban is applied automatically. Members can appeal with !appeal, and you decide in the panel.

SPAM AND LINKS

Spam and link protection

Messages from a member who sends the number of messages you set within the time you set are deleted, and the member can be muted. The link and invite filter blocks unauthorised posts; you decide which domains are allowed.

AUTO ROLE

Roles on join

Gives members who join the roles you choose automatically (up to five roles, optional delay). If registration is on, they first get the unverified role and switch to the verified role once registration completes.

WELCOME

Welcome system

Notification messages for joining and leaving members; you edit the text, channel and placeholders (username, server name, member count) in the panel. New members can also get a welcome message by DM.

LOGGING

Audit log

Member joins/leaves, auto role changes, messages deleted by filters and setting changes made in the panel are written to the channels you choose. Logs can be split into five categories: panel, members, roles, moderation and events.

WEB PANEL

Web panel

Log in with your Fluxer account, choose a server you administer and edit every setting on one page. The panel also has a moderation centre (warning records, pending appeals), a level leaderboard and an invite leaderboard.

04 How do I add it to my Fluxer server?

  1. 1

    Authorise with your Fluxer account

The "Add SAKBOT" link opens Fluxer's own authorisation screen, where you choose the server to add the bot to. SAKBOT only lists servers you administer.

  2. 2

Choose your server in the panel

When you open the panel, the servers you administer are listed. Choose one and all settings open on a single page; none of them is on by default.

  3. 3

Turn on the features you want

Turn on and save the welcome system, auto roles, filters, logging and warnings one by one. To get replies in English, set the bot language to English. Once saved, the bot uses these settings for new events.

05 Why SAKBOT?

06 Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be an administrator to add SAKBOT?

Yes. When you add the bot, Fluxer's authorisation screen asks which server you are granting access to, and the panel only lists servers you administer. So you cannot access someone else's server settings.

Will it post messages on its own once added?

No. All features are off by default. Welcome messages, auto roles, filters and logging only work after you turn them on and save in the panel.

Does it read or store our messages?

Message text is not written to the database. The bot only processes the events delivered to it; if a filter deletes a message, the event log records whose message was deleted and why, not its content. Details are in the privacy notice.

Which commands does it use?

Commands start with !: !warn, !warnings, !appeal, !clear, !level, !leaderboard, !register, !suggest, !giveaway, !poll, !mydata and more. The commands enabled in a server are listed with !help. Turkish command names work too.

What happens to the data if I remove the bot from the server?

When the bot is removed from a server, that server's data can be deleted by the operator. While the bot is still in the server, you can also delete your registration details with !deletemydata CONFIRM.

Add SAKBOT to your Fluxer server

Authorisation happens through Fluxer; after adding the bot, choose your server in the panel and turn on the features you want.
